2 Min Tapioca Pearls, Macha tea, 250 g
Tapioca pearls are chewy balls made from tapioca starch. They are one of the essential components of bubble tea. These pearls are also great with coffee drinks and various types of bubble teas.
Preparation:
- Carefully add the pearls to boiling water in a ratio of 10 parts water to 1 part pearls.
- Stir and heat until the pearls float to the surface.
- Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- After cooking, rinse the pearls under cold water, drain the excess water, and sweeten with your choice of sweetener, such as brown sugar syrup, honey, sugar, or another sweetener.
- Allow the sweetener to infuse slightly.
Ready to serve.
