- Orders are processed once payment is received.
- We deliver to all EU countries.
- Shipments are organized through OMNIVA and DPD, as well as QWQER evening delivery in Riga and nearby areas.
- Delivery can be made to parcel lockers or via courier.
- Orders are usually prepared and handed over to logistics partners the same day or the next working day after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times within the Baltic States are typically 1–3 working days.
⚠️ Please note: During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. - Free delivery in Latvia is available for orders over €80 (via Omniva parcel lockers).

QWQER Evening Delivery (Riga & Nearby Areas)
- QWQER evening delivery is available within designated delivery zones (see QWQER map).
- Orders must be placed before 16:00.
- Delivery takes place the following evening between 16:00–22:00.
- The delivery price is €4.90.
Courier Delivery
- DPD courier delivery within Latvia costs €9.50.
- For international courier delivery prices, please contact us for a custom quote based on order size and destination.
Free delivery in Latvia is available for orders over €80 (via DPD parcel lockers).
Warehouse Pickup (Riga)
Orders can also be collected directly from our warehouse by prior arrangement. The address is Nometņu iela 47, Rīga (Āgenskalns).
