Delivery to other countries
We currently deliver orders to Latvia and Estonia.
Deliveries to other countries are temporarily suspended while we adapt our operations to the new European Union requirements on packaging and packaging waste management.
We plan to resume deliveries to other countries as soon as we have ensured compliance with the requirements applicable in the relevant country.
Order processing and delivery time
We process and prepare orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Once the order has been prepared, delivery usually takes:
- Latvia: 1–2 business days
- Estonia: 2–5 business days
The order preparation time is not included in the delivery times stated above.
During sales, promotional campaigns, pre-holiday periods and public holidays, order processing and delivery may take longer. Delivery times are approximate and may also change due to carrier workload or other circumstances beyond our control.

In Latvia, we deliver orders to parcel lockers and by courier.

Delivery methods and prices in Estonia
In Estonia, we deliver orders to Venipak, DPD and Omniva parcel lockers, as well as by courier to the specified address.

Courier delivery: the exact delivery charge is calculated and shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery in Estonia usually takes 2–5 business days after the order has been prepared. The other order processing, parcel collection and damaged shipment conditions described in this policy are the same for Estonia as for Latvia.
Free parcel locker delivery from €80
For orders from €80, delivery to a parcel locker in Latvia and Estonia is free of charge.
We prioritise free delivery via Venipak. If necessary, we may also send the order via DPD or Omniva.
If, due to the size, weight or packaging of a particular order, delivery with a different carrier is safer or more suitable than the one originally selected, we may change the delivery service provider. No additional charge will be applied to the customer.
Free delivery does not apply to courier delivery. Courier delivery is a paid service also for orders from €80.

Delivery information and parcel locker collection
When placing an order, please provide a correct phone number and email address and select your preferred parcel locker or enter the correct delivery address.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive information about the shipment status and collection.
Please collect your parcel within the storage period specified by the carrier.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to Bobastore.eu, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If the shipment is damaged
If you notice that the packaging is damaged when receiving your order, please take a photo before opening the parcel.
If the ordered products are also damaged, please contact us and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged products.
We will assess the situation and agree on the most suitable solution.
