This freshly made peach, Oolong tea and bubble drink will give you a fantastic refreshment and taste pleasure. Which bubbles to use - peach popping boba or tapioca pearls - everyone can choose at their own discretion. We recommend trying both options. This drink will be perfect for summer garden parties and various celebrations. Guests will definitely be grateful for the refreshing drinks.
Ingredients for a 400 ml glass
Peach balls or 5 min. tapioca pearls ~ 60 g
Peach syrup 30 ml
Ice (quantity as desired)
Iced Oolong tea
honey or cane syrup as additional sweetener as needed
Preparation
First, you need to make the tea. It is best to use loose leaf tea to make tea. Loose leaf tea is usually of higher quality, but you can also safely use tea bags. Make the tea to your desired strength.
We choose which balls we want to make the drink with - peach popping boba or tapioca pearls made from natural starch. If you choose tapioca pearls, we recommend using quick-cooking or tapioca pearls (available in various flavors).
Prepare tapioca pearls according to instructions, if you choose them.
Pour the balls into the glass - approximately 1 measuring spoon. The balls can be used without the liquid they are in. They can be easily separated with a special spoon, which also serves as a measuring spoon (see here)
Pour peach syrup into a glass.
Pour ice into the glass. The amount of ice depends on how cold you want the drink.
Pour cooled Oolong tea into a glass and mix everything well. It is better and faster to mix everything with bar spoon
To enjoy bubble tea, you need straws that are larger in diameter than standard straws so that the balls can pass through. Required straw diameter - 12 mm (see here)
Bubble tea can be decorated with fresh mint leaves and sliced peaches.
