DIY Bubble Tea Kit for 12 Drinks

Bubble tea, or boba tea, is a refreshing drink with various bases (tea, milk, syrups) and tasty additions like tapioca balls, jellies, or popping boba.
To make bubble tea, you need:

1. Choose a drink base (tea, water, milk, coffee or matcha)
2. Additives (tapioca, jellies, popping boba)
3. Syrup, which will determine the basic flavor of the drink
4. Accessories:

1) wide straws D=12mm, for the balls to pass through (mandatory)

2) a strainer - designed for easy and quick separation of the balls from the liquid in which they are located, and also serves as a measuring spoon (recommended)

3) glasses and lids (as needed) for serving drinks

4) Ice - as needed

5) Lemon, lime, mint for extra flavor (optional)

They consist mainly of:

• Water and fructose/glucose syrup – for a sweet taste and juicy filling;
  
  
• Plant fibers and natural gelling agents (sodium alginate from seaweed, starch, xanthan gum) – form a thin shell;
  
  
• Calcium salts – they help form a shell around the juice;
  
  
• Fruit flavors and juice powders – give a specific flavor (strawberry, mango, passion fruit, etc.);
  
  
• Acidity regulators (malic acid, sometimes sorbitol, etc.) – to balance the taste;
  
  
• Preservative (potassium sorbate) – to keep the balls fresh;
  
  
• Dyes (depending on flavor) – give bright, fruit-like colors.

Most of our products (tapioca, syrups, popping boba, jellies) are vegan and gluten-free.

Some bubble tea mixes/powders may contain dairy ingredients, but the Taro and Vanilla mixes do not contain dairy ingredients.

1. Products do not require special temperature conditions before opening. Store at room temperature, preferably in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight.
2. After opening the products (Bubble Tea Balls, Syrups, Jellies) - store in the refrigerator. The recommended storage time is indicated on the product packaging and on the website next to the product descriptions.

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store/warehouse at Nometņu Street 47, Riga (entrance from Lapu Street).

Orders can only be received on working days (unless there is an individual agreement on other times).

We currently do not offer fixed working hours, we also work remotely and on-site.

Working hours are approximate: 10:30 - 16:30. Please contact us before visiting so that we can be there at a specific time.

Yes, you can purchase practically all of our products available on our website on site. You can place your order on site, it is not mandatory to place it on our website, but it would be highly recommended.

• Payment by internet banking via the PaySera system (Latvian and foreign banks are offered).
• Payment by invoice after placing the order.
• Payment in cash or by card in the store/warehouse when purchasing products on site, or upon receipt of a previously placed order.

Yes, goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• You must submit a cancellation form and cover the return shipping costs or return it in person to the address Nometņu iela 47, Riga.
• Certain items (such as food with a short shelf life or opened packaging units) cannot be returned.
