Free delivery from €80
For orders of €80 or more, delivery to a parcel locker in Latvia is free of charge.
We prioritise Venipak for free delivery. If necessary, we may also send the order via DPD or Omniva.
If, due to the size, weight or packaging of a particular order, delivery with another carrier is safer or more suitable than the carrier originally selected, we may change the delivery service provider. No additional charge will be applied to the customer.
Free delivery does not apply to courier delivery.

Delivery outside Latvia
We currently do not deliver orders outside Latvia.
From 12 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste applies, introducing new requirements for companies that sell and deliver packaged goods in other European Union countries.
While we adapt our operations to the new requirements, Bobastore.eu deliveries outside Latvia are temporarily suspended.
We plan to resume them as soon as compliance with the necessary requirements has been ensured.
Receiving a parcel locker shipment
When placing an order, please provide a correct phone number and email address and select your preferred parcel locker or delivery address.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive information about the shipment status and collection.
Please collect your parcel within the storage period specified by the carrier.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to Bobastore.eu, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If the parcel is damaged
If you notice that the packaging is damaged when receiving your order, please take photos before opening it.
If the ordered products are also damaged, please contact us and attach photos of the packaging and damaged products.
We will assess the situation and agree on the most suitable solution.

Bubble tea, or boba tea, is a refreshing drink with various bases (tea, milk, syrups) and tasty additions like tapioca balls, jellies, or popping boba.
To make bubble tea, you need:
- Choose a drink base (tea, water, milk, coffee or matcha)
- Additives (tapioca, jellies, popping boba)
- Syrup, which will determine the basic flavor of the drink
- Accessories:
1) wide straws D=12mm, for the balls to pass through (mandatory)
2) a strainer - designed for easy and quick separation of the balls from the liquid in which they are located, and also serves as a measuring spoon (recommended)
3) glasses and lids (as needed) for serving drinks
4) Ice - as needed
5) Lemon, lime, mint for extra flavor (optional)
They consist mainly of:
- Water and fructose/glucose syrup – for a sweet taste and juicy filling;
- Plant fibers and natural gelling agents (sodium alginate from seaweed, starch, xanthan gum) – form a thin shell;
- Calcium salts – they help form a shell around the juice;
- Fruit flavors and juice powders – give a specific flavor (strawberry, mango, passion fruit, etc.);
- Acidity regulators (malic acid, sometimes sorbitol, etc.) – to balance the taste;
- Preservative (potassium sorbate) – to keep the balls fresh;
- Dyes (depending on flavor) – give bright, fruit-like colors.
Most of our products (tapioca, syrups, popping boba, jellies) are vegan and gluten-free.
Some bubble tea mixes/powders may contain dairy ingredients, but the Taro and Vanilla mixes do not contain dairy ingredients.
- Products do not require special temperature conditions before opening. Store at room temperature, preferably in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight.
- After opening the products (Bubble Tea Balls, Syrups, Jellies) - store in the refrigerator. The recommended storage time is indicated on the product packaging and on the website next to the product descriptions.
- Delivery in Latvia usually takes 1–3 business days.

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store/warehouse at Nometņu Street 47, Riga (entrance from Lapu Street).
Orders can only be received on working days (unless there is an individual agreement on other times).
We currently do not offer fixed working hours, we also work remotely and on-site.
Working hours are approximate: 10:30 - 16:30. Please contact us before visiting so that we can be there at a specific time.
Yes, you can purchase practically all of our products available on our website on site. You can place your order on site, it is not mandatory to place it on our website, but it would be highly recommended.
- Payment by internet banking via the PaySera system (Latvian and foreign banks are offered).
- Payment by invoice after placing the order.
- Payment in cash or by card in the store/warehouse when purchasing products on site, or upon receipt of a previously placed order.
Yes, goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- You must submit a cancellation form and cover the return shipping costs or return it in person to the address Nometņu iela 47, Riga.
- Certain items (such as food with a short shelf life or opened packaging units) cannot be returned.
